A scheme to help workers learn IT and other skills at their place of work has been launched in Yeovil.

The scheme is a partnership between the TUC, TGWU, KFAT, Pittards and Yeovil College and is aimed at helping workers learn a variety of IT skills at various levels. Basic skills support and more advanced IT courses will also be available.

This is the first time in the south west that a dedicated learning room has been set up on a factory floor.
